Dr. Gregory K Fontenot is working as Senior Scientist/Pre-Clinical Manager, Male and Female Drug Development at Repros Therapeutics, The Woodlands,USA. He received his BS in Biomedical Science and MS in Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M in 1983 and 1985, respectively. In 1990, he received his PhD in Physiology form Colorado State University in the Animal Reproduction Laboratory under Gordon Niswinder and Richard Bowen. Dr. Fontenot spent his career in industry working predominantly on reproductive issues, both male and female and a Molecular Biologist and Endocrinologist. He had cloned genes for contraceptive development and analyzed male knockout lines to identify gene affecting male infertility. Also, he was involved in identifying genes controlling Diabetes and obesity. He is currently working on the drug approval process for drugs that will affect male hypogonadism and female uterine fibroids.

Prof. Vijai K S Shukla is director of International Food Science Centre A/S, Denmark and Adjunct Professor in Department of Food Science & Nutrition at University of Minnesota and University of Florida, USA. He has been active in food science research since 1969 and has published numerous papers and has authored several books. His research interests have ranged from physical phenomena to mechanisms of autoxidation, isolation of lipids, spectral phenomena related to lipids, modern analytical methodology, and involvement of essential fatty acids in health and diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis and Batten's Syndrome. Dr. Shukla has been working in the area of application of natural lipids such as exotic butters for cosmetic formulations. He has designed a specific method for internally stabilization of exotic lipids through providing enhanced shelf-life of the final product. He has authored several papers related to these topics.

Prof. Hyeung-Rak Kim is working as Professor in Department of Food Science and Nutrition at Pukyong National University, South Korea. He completed his Ph.D in Food Science from Louisiana State University and M.S. in Food Science & Technology from Pukyong National University. He worked as Associate professor in Department of Food Science & Nutrition at Chonnam National University. He also worked as visiting professor in functional food division at Pennington Biomedical Research Center. Dr. Kim's research Interests include Isolation and characterization of bioactive compounds in agricultural and seaweed products, recovery of bioactive compounds from novel and underutilized sources for food and biomedical and development of natural antioxidants/anti-inflammatory nutraceutical to prevent cardiovascular inflammation and osteoarthritis.

Prof. Nomeli P Nunez is working as Associate Professor in Department of Nutrition at Georgia State University, USA. He also woked as Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at Austin, USA. He completed his Postdoctoral Fellowship from Washington State University at Pullman, USA. Prof. Nunez received Teaching award, The Katherine Ross Richards Centennial Fellowship in Nutrition from Department of Human Ecology, The University of Texas at Austin. Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death among American women. Breast cancer risk is increased by both obesity and alcohol consumption. However, the mechanism of how these factors affect breast cancer development is not fully known. Prof. Nunez's laboratory focuses on investigating how these risk factors influence breast cancer development with the ultimate goal of finding targets to prevent the effects of alcohol and obesity on breast cancer.

Dr. Kamil Zagorsek is the head of the department of Geography at Technical University, Liberec. He completed his Ph.D in Fossil Bryozoa at Department of Geology and Palaeontology from Comenius University, Slovakia. He then worked as Faculty of Mining in Technical University of Ostrava. Dr. Zagorsek worked as Assistant professor in Department of Geology And Palaeontology at Comenius University, Slovakia. Dr. Zagorsek's research interests include Taxonomy and systematic of bryozoans (fossil, marine, fluvial), nanotechnology in treating aquatic assemblages, biogeography principles and applications and geographical aspects of biological studies.

Dr. Ioana Roman is currently working as Associate Professor at University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Romania. She received her PhD in Horticulture from University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Romania and Bachelor degree in Chemistry and Physics from University Babes-Bolyai, Romania. She worked as Vice-president of USAMV Cluj-Napoca Syndicate Organization and Assistant professor at Department of Pedagogy and Teacher Training from University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Romania. Dr. Roman's research has included fields like teaching training, education of children and adults, nutritional behaviour, didactics of chemistry, biochemistry, and horticulture. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honours, such as diplomas and CNCSIS award for research results.

Prof. Li Ming Wen is Clinical Associate Professor at Sydney Medical School, University of Sydney. After migrating to Australia, in 1994, he obtained Master of Medicine and PhD degrees from Sydney Medical School, the University of Sydney. He is graduated from the Second Military Medical University (SMMU), Shanghai, China. He worked as adjunct professor with School of Public Health, Fudan University and Faculty of Medicine, University of Tongji, China. Prof. Wen's research interests includes clinical trials and practice in the areas of obesity prevention, physical activity, nutrition, active transport, sexual health, and tobacco control with specific expertise in the evaluation of public health and health promotion initiatives. He was the Winner of 2014 NSW Health Awards for the Preventive Health category.
