Dr. Elliott S White is a Emeritus Professor in the Department of Political Science at Temple University, Pennsylvania, USA. Dr. White completed his B.A in Reed College in Portland in the year 1958. He completed his M.A in the year 1959 at University of Chicago and Ph.D. at same university in the year 1965. Dr. White is a Editorial Advisory Board member of Politics and the Life Sciences at Temple University. Dr. Elliott S White main research interest includes Biology and politics.

Dr. Rosemarie Tong is Distinguished Emerita Professor of Health Care Ethics in the Department of Philosophy and formal Director of the Center for Applied and Professional Ethics at UNC Charlotte. Receiving her PhD in Philosophy from Temple University in 1978, she has come to be internationally known for her contributions to feminist thought and bioethics. Dr. Tong has authored and co-edited thirteen books, including Ethics in Policy Analysis (1985), Controlling our Reproductive Destiny: A Technological and Philosophical Perspective (1994), Feminist Approaches to Bioethics (1996), Linking Visions: Feminist Bioethics, Human Rights, and the Developing World with Ann Donchin and Sue Dodds (2004), New Perspectives in Health Care Ethics: An Interdisciplinary and Crosscultural Approach (2007) and Feminist Thought: A More Comprehensive Introduction (2013 4th edition). She has also published over one hundred articles on topics related to feminist theory, reproductive and genetic technology, biomedical research, global bioethics, aging, and healthcare reform. A former Co-Coordiator of the International Association for Feminist Approaches to Bioethics. Dr. Tong, newly retired, remains active in this and other feminist organizations. Her research interest includes genetic and reproductive technology, the challenges of an aging population and biomedical research.

Dr. Todd Oakley is a Professor in the Department of Cognitive Science at Case Western Reserve University, USA. Todd Oakley completed his Ph.D. in the Department of Linguistics at University of Maryland at College Park in the year 1995 and M.A at same university in the year 1990. His research interest includes Cognitive science, cognitive linguistics, linguistic theory, rhetorical theory, cultural evolution. His areas of specialization include cognitive linguistics, semiotics, discourse analysis, and rhetoric. These areas of specialization provide the frameworks and methods for tracing the micro-cognitive and phenomenological bases of attention as they make their presence felt in the higher-order activities of social awareness, discourse, and persuasion.

Dr. Cathy Huaqing Qi is a professor in Special Education at the University of New Mexico (UNM). She received her doctorate in Early Childhood Special Education from Vanderbilt University. She has published numerous papers on issues related to language and behavior assessments. In 2009, Dr. Huaqing Qi was recognized as Diversity Champion from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association for advancing multicultural issues in communication sciences and disorders. For the past 16 years, she has been principal investigator of three federally funded research projects. Dr. Huaqing Qi research interests includes examining the relationships between language skills and behavior functioning in preschool children from low-income families. Her other research interests include evidence-based interventions for students with autism spectrum disorders.

Dr. Ronald T Brown is a Professor and Dean in School of Allied Health Sciences at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, USA and he serve as the Associate Vice-Chancellor for Academic (Health Affairs) at the University of North Texas System. Dr. Brown completed his Ph.D from Georgia State University, Atlanta in the year 1978. Dr. Brown has been a member of The Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics (SDBP) for nearly three decades. He certified has a clinical health psychologist who has been an active clinician, teacher, advocate and investigator for children and served as a member of the Behavioral Medicine study section of the NIH and chaired several special panels at NIH. Dr. Ronald T Brown area of specialization includes Behavioral Sciences, Pediatric psychology, Attention deficit disorders, Neuropsychology, Psychopharmacology, Learning disabilities.

Dr. Martin A Katzman is a Clinic Director at the S.T.A.R.T. Clinic (Stress, Trauma, Anxiety, Rehabilitation and Treatment) for Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Canada. He is also a faculty member at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine (Laurentian University and Lakehead University) and Adjunct Professor at Adler Graduate Professional School. Dr. Katzman was trained at the University of Toronto, first undertaking his B.Sc. in Psychology and Neuroscience, and subsequently his medical training and residency and post- doctoral fellowship. Dr. Katzman’s clinical work deals chiefly with the diagnosis and treatment of adults suffering with mood and anxiety disorders, as well as those suffering with Attention Deficit Disorders, Executive Dysfunction and chronic pain, providing expert diagnostic assessment, and pharmacological treatment as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in both group and individual formats, psychodynamic treatment and Mindfulness Based treatments. As an educator, Dr. Katzman has developed numerous training programs for both students and clinicians in a variety of areas including: Primary care medicine, Psychiatry, Psychology, Social work, Occupational therapy, Nursing, Complementary and alternative medicine as well as for a variety of Support Workers. His research primarily involves examining the psychological manifestations associated with the prefrontal cortex and related associated tracts and organ systems in mood, anxiety and traumatic disorders. The focus of this research has been directed at Hypoprefrontality, Executive Dysfunction, Intolerance of Uncertainty and Low Hedonic Tone as well as the drivers of Motivation and Energy in relation to the development of a variety of comorbidities and treatment resistance. Dr. Katzman is also a founding member of the Board of Directors as well as the founding and current Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Anxiety Disorders Association of Canada/Association Canadienne des Troubles Anxieux (ADAC/ACTA).

Dr. Galia Hatav is an Associate Professor at Department of Linguistics at University of Florida, USA. Dr. Hatav received a bachelor degree in General Philosophy and Hebrew Linguistics and a Masters in Hebrew Linguistics at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In 1990, she was awarded a PhD in theoretical linguistics at Tel Aviv University. Her monograph on the semantics of aspect and modality in English and Biblical Hebrew was published in 1997 by John Benjamins Publishers. Her edited book on Hebrew linguistics within contemporary theories was published by The Hebrew University Magnes Press in 2008. Hatav also published a number of articles that appeared in general linguistics journals as well as journals specifying in Hebrew or Semitic languages. Dr. Galia Hatav research interest includes temporality in language from the point of view of semantics, pragmatics, the interface of semantics and pragmatics and in some sense morphology and syntax. The perspective of her research is mainly theoretical, where the main languages investigated are Biblical Hebrew, English and Modern Hebrew.

Dr. Zoltan Nadasdy is a Adjunct Professor at Department of Psychology in the University of Texas at Austin, USA. Zoltan Nadasdy is also a Research Scientist at the Neurosicence Institute of St. David's Hospital, an Adjunct Assistant Professor at UT Austin, and an Assistant Professor at the Eotvos Lorand University of Budapest. His main interest is to understand the fundamental mechanisms of neural coding, in particular the relationship between intrinsic oscillations and spike patterns. He developed these ideas over the years of studying Neuroscience at the Rutgers University (Ph.D.) and during his post-doctoral trainings in electrophysiology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and at the California Institute of Technology. His research areas are spike sequences, neural coding, neural correlates of conscious visual perception and the function and dysfunction of neuronal oscillations in the brain. Currently he is working in the field of human electrophysiology in collaboration with clinical groups at the St. David's hospital, Dell Children's Hospital and University Medical Center at Brackenridge. His clinical research areas are epilepsy, seizure localization, Parkinson's disease, human spatial navigation and spatial cognition, memory, visual perception and consciousness.

Dr. Nancy Phaswana-Mafuya is the Research Director of the Human Sciences Research Council and leading the first ever nationally representative epidemiological survey on ageing and health in South Africa. She holds a degree in Social Work, a Masters in Social Work - Gerontology in the year 1998 and a PhD in Injury Prevention, obtained from the University of the North, South Africa in the year 2002. Dr Phaswana-Mafuya also completed a number of professional courses in data analysis packages as well as other professional courses. She further more has served as PI and Co-PI on approximately 15 projects in the past 5 years, serves as external examiner for 5 tertiary institutions. Dr. Nancy Phaswana-Mafuya research interest includes Ageing and health survey, Health Systems, Health Promotion Interventions, Patient Satisfaction Surveys, Health care quality.

Dr. Victor S Sheng is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Central Arkansas, and the Founding Director of Data Analytics Laboratory, USA. Prior to that he was an Associate Research Scientist and NSERC Post-Doctoral Fellow in information systems at Stern Business School of New York University in New York. He completed his Ph.D. in the Computer Science department at University of Western Ontario, London in the year 2007. Dr. Sheng is a senior member of the IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society, and a Lifetime Member of ACM. He was the recipient of the Best Paper Award Runner-Up from KDD'08, the Best Paper Award from ICDM'11, and the Best Student Paper Award Finalist from WISE'15. Dr. Victor S Sheng's research interest includes Data mining, machine learning, crowdsourcing, big data analytics, spatial database, data security, and decision support, and their applications in business, industry, bioinformatics, health informatics, and software engineering.

Dr. Syed A A Rizvi is an Associate Professor in Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), USA. Dr. Rizvi pursued an M.S and Ph.D combined degree program at the Center for Biotechnology and Drug Design, Department of Chemistry, Georgia State University (GSU), Atlanta, GA in the year 2005 and 2006. Dr. Rizvi has published many peer-reviewed articles in top ranking journals. Dr. Syed A A Rizvi's research interest includes Micro and Nano-Technology for Drug Delivery, Controlled Release Formulations, Solid State Chemistry of the Drugs, Surface Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Soft Material Chemistry, Forensic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Natural Product Chemistry, Vaccinology and Immunology.

Dr. Jinwei Zhang is a Principal Investigator at the University of Exeter Medical School, UK. Dr. Jinwei Zhang received his Ph.D., from Newcastle University, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK in 2011. Dr. Jinwei's key research area includes signalling pathways that are associated with human diseases, eg., neuropsychiatric disorders, such as epilepsy and autism (WNK-SPAK-KCC2), nephrology, hypertension (CUL3/KLHL3-WNK-SPAK-NCC). Apart from the above domains his research also includes elucidating and targeting ion transporters, kinases, protein-protein interactions using genetic mouse models, small molecules and CRISPR/Cas9 knock-in and knock-out technologies to aid discovery and validation of new potential drug targets. He has published more than 45 articles in journals including Nature Medicine, Cell Metabolism, Neuron, Nature Communications, EMBO molecular medicine, Science Signalling, Human Molecular Genetics etc. and has achieved more than 1650 citations, H-index=21.

Dr. Eren OGUT is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anatomy at Bahcesehir University School of Medicine, Istanbul, Turkey. He is graduated from Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty, Istanbul, Turkey. He obtained his masters at Akdeniz University School of Medicine, Department of Anatomy, Antalya, Turkey. His field of study includes Learning and memory process on neurobehavioral deficits and hippocampal tissue damages. He published a lot of scientific articles and more than fourty proceedings related with neuroanatomy, neurotoxicology and morphological anatomy. He is also involved in teaching master and doctorate students in the field of Neuroscience. Research interests His research interests are based on neuroanatomy, neurobehavioral deficits, learning, memory process and hippocampus.

Dr. Xinguo Joe Jiang is a Professor and Vice Dean at University of SouthWest Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Jiang was awarded with the honorable title of Sichuan "100 plan" in the year of 2012, the recipient of youth science and technology foundation of Sichuan Province in 2014, and is the academic leader of the discipline of safety engineering. Dr. Jiang graduated from Michigan State University with a doctoral degree in the field of traffic safety; Dr. Jiang used to work for an international traffic consulting firm and the City of Fort Myers in Florida as a chief traffic engineer. Dr. Jiang owns two important professional licenses: Professional Engineer (PE) issued by Board of PE in the State of Florida and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) issued by Transportation Professional Certification Board Inc. Dr. Jiang is mainly engaged in the research fields such as traffic safety, low-carbon transportation, Intelligent Transportation System, and comprehensive transportation planning and design. Dr. Jiang is also in charge of translating an English book titled “Urban Transit System and Technology” into Chinese. Dr. Jiang preside over a number of high-profile research projects, which are funded by China National Natural Science Funds, World Bank, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Education, Sichuan Transportation Bureau, etc. Dr. Jiang’s research paper has won the first prize of the international Philip E. Rollhaus traffic essay competition and the second prize of student paper competition in Michigan. Dr. Xinguo Joe Jiang research interest includes quasi-induced exposure, tradable mobility permits, park and ride planning, Safety evaluation.
