Dr. Barbara G Melamed is Clinical Affiliate Professor of the Department of Psychology at University of Hawaii, USA. She completed her Ph.D. in Major clinical psychology; social and personality development; psychophysiology from University of Wisconsin. She Served on the Research & Grants committees at University of Florida and Case Western Reserve University. She is the editorial member of many international journals. Dr. Barbara G Melamed research interest includes Wide range of clinical and behavioral skills, particularly in surgery preparation, pain disorders, immune disorders. Expertise in delivery of cognitive behavioral, psychophysiological, biofeedback and rehabilitation of patients with pain due to back injuries, illness-related pain.

Dr. Dominique M Durand is a Director of the Neural Engineering Center at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and Professor of Biomedical Engineering, Ohio, USA. Dominique Durand is an IEEE Fellow, also Fellow of the AIMBE, Institute of Physics and an AAAS fellow. He serves on several editorial boards of peer-reviewed scientific journals and he is the editor-in-chief. Dr. Dominique M Durand received an electrical engineering degree from France, M.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering from CWRU in Cleveland OH., and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto. Dr. Dominique M Durand research interests includes neural engineering, neurophysiological mechanisms of epilepsy, neuromodulation for the control of epilepsy, neural interfacing with the somatic and autonomic nervous system.

Dr. Alaa A Abd-Elsayed is a Medical Director of the Department of Anesthesiology at University of Winconsin, USA. He graduated from Assiut medical school in Egypt in 2000, and joined the faculty at the Department of Public Health and Biostatistics immediately after graduation, got his master degree in 2006. Dr. Elsayed then moved to USA in 2008 to do a clinical research fellowship at the Anesthesiology Department at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Elsayed then joined the Anesthesiology Department at the University of Cincinnati where he had his Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine training. In 2014 he joined the Anesthesiology Department at the university of Wisconsin-Madison as an assistant professor. During his career he earned several grants, published more than 60 peer reviewed manuscripts and case reports, several editorials and book chapters. He also had more than 70 international and national presentations at conferences, earned more than 15 awards at the state and national levels. He serves as a reviewer and editor for several journals.

Dr. Dirk M Hermann is a Professor of the Department of Neurology at University Hospital Essen, Germany. Dr. Hermann completed his M.D at University of Giessen at Physiological Institute in the year 1995, Germany. He worked as Associate Professor in Department of Neurology at University Hospital Zurich, Switzerland. Dr. Dirk M Hermann research interest includes Stroke, brain plasticity, neurodegeneration.

Dr. Joseph A Helpern is Professor and Vice Chairmen for Research in the Department of Radiology and Radiological Science and Professor of Neurology and Neuroscience at Medical University of South Carolina, USA. He holds Endowed Chairs in both Brain Imaging and Neurodegenerative Disease Research at the same university. Prior to his current position, Dr. Helpern was a tenured Professor and Vice Chairman for Research in the Department of Radiology, Professor of Psychiatry and Neuroscience and Director of the Center for Biomedical Imaging at New York University School of Medicine. He is the recipient of multiple honors and awards including the Excellence in Research Award from the New York State Office of Mental Health (2000), the Distinguished Investigator Award from the Academy of Radiological Research (2012) and the Distinguished Alumni Award from Oakland University (2013). He is also a Fellow of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. Dr. Helpern has served on numerous National Institutes of Health (NIH) committees, has co-authored over 130 journal articles and book chapters and has several patents in the field of MRI. Dr. Joseph A Helpern’s research interests include the area of MRI applications to the study of brain diseases and disorders.

Dr. Tibor Hortobagyi is an academic neuropathologist, head of department and chair at the University of Debrecen, Hungary and president of the Hungarian Neuropathological Society and he is an Associate Professor of the Department of Old Age Psychiatry, Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King's College London, UK. He completed his Ph. D in the year 2001 at Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary. Dr. Hortobagyi is author on more than 100 research papers and numerous book chapters, with publications in Science and Nature Neuroscience, and editorial board member of several journals. He is councillor of the European Confederation of Neuropathological Societies (EURO-CNS) and International Society of Neuropathology (ISN). Dr. Hortobagyi is Chairman of the Board of Examiners of the European Neuropathology Exam (EFN) and Advisor at the International Department of the Royal College of Pathologists. Dr. Tibor Hortobagyi research interest includes neurodegeneration, Dementia, Cerebrovascular diseases, Brain tumours.

Dr. Hassaan Tohid (CASN) is Professor in California Institute of Behavioral Neurosciences & Psychology. Dr. Tohid is a neuroscientist, public speaker, medical professional, researcher, book editor and a published author. He served as a member of American Neuropsychiatric Association and is currently also a Leadership Council member for American Cancer Society. After graduating from Sindh Medical College, Karachi (Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi, Pakistan) as a medical doctor. He then moved to the US and started his career as a researcher in neurology & psychiatry. He had been affiliated with prestigious institutions like Napa State Hospital, UCLA & the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) and still serves as a visiting neuroscientist at the Center of Mind & Brain (UC Davis). He is also involved in various research projects nationally and internationally in the countries like Australia and England.

Dr. Robert C. Bransfield, MD, DLFAPA is in the private practice of psychiatry in Red Bank, NJ, an Associate Clinical Professor at Rutgers-RWJ School of Medicine and Past President of the New Jersey Psychiatric Association, the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society and the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Educational Foundation. Dr. Bransfield is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He earned his medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC and completed a residency in psychiatry at Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Hospital. Dr. Bransfield has an interest in healthcare policy and the association between infections, psychoimmunology and mental illness. He has authored a number of publications in peer-reviewed literature, other medical publications, and books; has presented at numerous medical conferences, both nationally and internationally, including the American Psychiatric Association Annual Convention and has appeared on network and regional television and radio.

Dr. James (Hong-Long) is an Associate professor in Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology at University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, USA and Director at Physiological Laboratory, Senior Scientist in Texas Lung Injury Institute. Dr. James received several honors and awards like Travel Travel Award and Invited Speaker-FASEB Summer Conference; Travel Award and Honored Speaker, International Symposium of Environment and Health; Award of Liaoning 1000 Talent Faculty Project, etc. His scientific contribution mainly on Fibrinolysins regulate alveolar fluid clearance, Characterization of novel ENaC in human lungs, Newly identified mechanisms for nucleotides to regulate ENaC activity, ENaC-mediated fluid balance in diseased lungs, Critical functional domains in ENaC sub units. Dr. James (Hong-Long) research interest includes Regulation of epithelial salt and fluid transport in the airways, the lungs, and kidney Scnn1 genes in cancer, acute lung injury, ARDS, and COPD.

Dr. Eloisa Gitto is Professor of Pediatrics at University of Messina, Italy. Eloisa is the Director of the Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of the University Hospital of Messina, Italy. She received her medical degree at the University of Messina, Italy and her research training's at the UT Health Science Center of San Antonio, Texas, and at the University of Chicago, USA. In addition to research, Dr Eloisa teaches Pediatrics and Intensive Care Medicine to medical students and postgraduate pediatric fellows. Dr Eloisa research interests includes in area of oxidative stress, mainly in studying the effects of antioxidant melatonin in many neonatal diseases, in the area of neonatal and pediatric intensive care, with particular interest to ventilation strategies.

Dr. Robert B Perna is a board certified pediatric and adult Neuropsychologist and a graduate school trained nurse and works at Texas Institute of Rehabilitation Research in Houston Texas, USA. He has worked in neurorehabilitation for the past 20 years. He worked as a Associate Professor of Neuroscience in Occupational Therapy Program at University of Southern Maine in the year 2009. Dr. Perna has published clinical research on the following topics: brain injury throughout the lifespan, developmental delays, gestational exposure to anesthetics and other drugs, perinatal cyanosis, the developmental effects of child maltreatment, psychopharmacology, types of neuroplasticity, and effort testing with children. Dr. Robert B Perna enjoys helping patients and other researchers present their best work and further our understanding of developmental and clinical neuroscience.

Dr. Nidal Kamel is an Associate Professor at Technical University of PETRONAS, Perak, Malaysia. DR. Nidal Kamel received the PhD degree (Hons) from the Technical University of Gdansk, Poland, in 1993. Since 1993 he has been involved in research projects related to estimation theory, noise reduction, optimal filtering, and pattern recognition. He developed SNR estimation for antenna diversity combining,single-trial subspace-based technique for ERP extraction from brain background noise, time-constraints optimization technique for speckle noise reduction in SAR images, and introduced data glove for online signature verification. Dr. Nidal Kamel research interest includes mainly in EEG signal processing for localization of brain sources, assessment of cognitive and visual distraction, Neuro feedback, learning and memory recall, in addition to fMRI- EEG data fusion. He is the editor of EEG/ERP Analysis: Methods and Applications, CRC Press, NY, 2015. He is IEEE senior member.

Dr. Khue Vu Nguyen is currently Full Project Scientist in the Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics, University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine, San Diego, California, USA. He has studied at University Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, France: B.S. in Biochemistry, M.S. in Molecular Biology, Ph.D. in Macromolecular Physical Chemistry, Ph.D. in Physical Sciences (Doctorat d'Etat es Sciences Physiques). Dr. Nguyen has worked as Scientist in different French and U.S. Research Institutions and Companies. He is author and co-author of numerous publications and holder of many patents. Dr. Nguyen is listed in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America, etc. He is member of different academic organizations such as American Society for Microbiology, American Chemical Society. Dr. Nguyen is invited reviewer and editorial board of different scientific journals. He is Scientist Reviewer for grant proposals of the Metabolic Disease Two (MB-2) of the Peer Review Medical Research Program (PRMRP) for the U.S. Department of Defense Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP). Dr. Khue Vu Nguyen Current research interest includes genetic diseases, neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer.

Dr. Denis Gris is an Associate Professor of the Department of Paediatrics and Head of neuroimmunology laboratory in the University of Sherbrooke, Canada. He received his Ph.D in Neuroscience at University of Western Ontario in 2007. He graduated from University of Western Ontario from Dr. Weaver’s laboratory where he studied inflammation after spinal cord injury. Dr. Gris moved to pursue his postdoctoral studies with Dr. Ting at university of North Carolina at Chapel Hills NC USA where he began to investigate role of NOD-like receptors in neurodegeneration. Dr. Denis Gris main interest is to discover novel anti-inflammatory pathways within the central nervous system and use this knowledge to design therapies for neurological diseases including multiple sclerosis amyotrophic lateral sclerosis autism and epilepsy.

Dr. Dinesh Singh is an Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics at Tulane University School Of Medicine, Louisiana, USA. Dr. Singh completed his M.B.B.S from Osmania Medical College, India. Dr. Dinesh Singh have membership in Member of European Society of Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care (ESPNIC) since the year 2015 and Member of Athens Institute for Education and Research (ATINER) since 2016. Dr. Dinesh Singh research interest includes Diabetes Mellitus, Acute Kidney Injury, Cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Dr. Leandro Fernandes Malloy Diniz is an Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry Department at Feferal University Of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Dr. Leandro Fernandes recieved his Ms in Psychology at Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil in 2002 and Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Molecular Biochemistry at Federal University of Minas Gerais in 2008. He is the president of the Brazilian Neuropsychology Society since the year of 2011. Dr. Leandro Fernandes Malloy Diniz research interests includes Development of Executive Functions, Decision-Making and Impulse control throughout lifespan. He has particular interest in the field of molecular basis of Executive Functions both in normal and psychiatric diseases. Dr. Leandro Fernandes also made researches concerning the adaptation of neuropsychological tests and psychiatric symptoms scales to Brazilian context.
