Prof. Rajendra D Badgaiyan, MD,is a psychiatrist and cognitive neuroscientist. His research is focused on the study of neural and neurochemical mechanisms that control the human brain functions. He developed the single scan dynamic molecular imaging technique to detect, map, and measure neurotransmitters released acutely in the human brain during task performance. Using this technique, he studies dopaminergic control of human cognition and behavior. He is also interested in learning the nature of dysregulated dopamine neurotransmission in different psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions. He is particularly interested in the brain mechanisms that modify reward system at cortical and subcortical levels. His research is funded by NIMH, NINDS, VA, and various foundations. He served in the faculty of Harvard Medical School, SUNY Buffalo and University of Minnesota. Currently he is Professor of Psychiatry at Write State University.

Dr. Xiang Yang Zhang is working as an Associate Professor in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences department at The University of Texas Health Science Center, Texas. Dr. Zhang also worked as an Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences department at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, USA. Dr. Zhang received several Awards and Honors: Travel Award, the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology, Hawaii, USA. The Beijing Science and Technology Award, Beijing, China. 65th Who's Who in America Honor (2010), 5th Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare (2004), etc. Dr. Zhang has been taking comprehensive studies in cognition, biomarkers including oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, neurotropins, neuro-electrophysiology and neuroimaging, genetics and clinical psychopharmacology in schizophrenia and drug dependence/addiction research.

Dr. Michelle Dellaria Doas, EdD., MSN is an Associate Professor of Nursing. Her teaching experience includes Associate Degree, Diploma, Bachelor of Science, MSN, and DNP programs. Dr. Doas maintains clinical practice as a staff nurse on a busy inner city inpatient adult psychiatric unit. Clinical practice includes conducting group therapy sessions, staff development programs, and medication administration. Likewise, her scholarly work is in the area of Emotional Competence related to various facets of nursing practice, including the psychiatric/behavioral health population. She recently received an Associate of the Month Clinical Caring award at the hospital which operationalizes her caring attributes and passion for nursing.

Dr. Barbara L Carder is an adjunct professor in the Deaprtment of Principles of Motivation (Psychology) at Franklin University, Ohio, USA. Dr. Barbara L Carder completed the Graduate Certificate of Instructional Design program offered by Franklin University, and completed the Instructional Design for e-Learningcertificate program offered by the Society for Technical Communication. Dr. Barbara L Carder holds a Master of Science in Marketing & Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Communication, both from Franklin University. Dr. Barbara L Carder has completed the following relevant coursework: Diploma in Psychology, Introduction to Psychology Biology and Behaviour, Mental Health Studies, Psychology Memory and Cognition, Psychology Research Methods, and Diploma in Educational Psychology. Prof. Barbara L Carder is awarded for Teaching Excellence Award - Franklin University - 2013, National Achievement Award - National Association of Extension 4-H Agents - 2009, Epsilon Sigma Phi Tools for Teaching award - Newsletter, second place - 2008. Dr. Barbara L Carder research interest includes Instructional design, Engaging students.

Dr. David M Garner is the President and CEO of the River Centre Clinic in Sylvania Ohio, USA. Dr. David M Garner received his Ph D. in the department of Clinical Psychology at York University, Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1975. Dr. David M Garner completed his M.A. in the department of Clinical Psychology at Cleveland State University Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. David M Garner completed his B.A. in the department of Psychology at Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. David M Garner is awarded for Identified by the Institute of Scientific Information (ISI) as a “Highly Cited Researcher” (among the 250 most cited researchers in the social sciences and comprising less than onehalf of 1 percent of all publishing researchers) in 2004. One of the 60 most-cited psychologists/psychiatrists based on the 1993 Social Sciences Citation Index, unpublished study by R.G. Heyduk et al., Hartwick College in 1993. Scholarship, Ontario Mental Health Foundation (declined) in 1980. Dr. David M Garner research interests includes a range of topics related to the understanding and treatment of eating disorders including diagnosis, pathogeneses, treatment options, complications and prevention. He is also interested in psychometrics of eating disorder measures.

Dr. Martin A Katzman is the Clinic Director and Staff Psychiatrist at the S.T.A.R.T. Clinic (Stress, Trauma, Anxiety, Rehabilitation and Treatment) for Mood and Anxiety Disorders. He is also a faculty member at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine (Laurentian University and Lakehead University). He is also appointed in the Department of Psychology at Lakehead University and is a member of the Faculty of Psychology at Adler School of Professional Studies. Dr. Katzman was trained at the University of Toronto, first undertaking his B.Sc. in Psychology and Neuroscience, and subsequently his medical training and residency and post-doctoral fellowship. His clinical work deals chiefly with the diagnosis and treatment of adults suffering with mood and anxiety disorders, as well as those suffering with Attention deficit disorders, Executive dysfunction and Chronic pain, providing expert diagnostic assessment, and pharmacological treatment as well as Cognitive behavioral therapy in both group and individual formats, Psychodynamic treatment and Mindfulness-based treatments.

Dr. Jeffrey S Bedwell is working as an Associate Professor in the Psychology Department at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Bedwell joined UCF in 2004 after completing his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Georgia, with a predoctoral clinical internship at the Medical University of South Carolina/Dept. of Veterans Affairs Consortium in Charleston, SC. Prior to his graduate studies, Dr. Bedwell received his B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University and then worked for several years in the Child Psychiatry Branch of the National Institutes of Mental Health conducting research on childhood-onset schizophrenia. Dr. Bedwell's research lab, the Psychophysiology of Mental Illness Laboratory, uses a transdiagnostic NIMH RDoC approach to examine the relationship between psychiatric symptoms commonly found in mood disorders (i.e., depressive and bipolar disorders) with psychophysiological and cognitive abnormalities. Dr. Jeffrey S Bedwell's research interests includes to improve treatment and prevention efforts targeted toward specific psychiatric symptoms, which include: anhedonia, apathy, grandiosity, reward sensitivity, and depressed mood.

Dr. Hellme Najim was Graduated from Mosul Medical College 1977. Dr. Najim worked as Assistant Professor of Neuropsychiatry Mosul University Iraq 1989-93. He was also worked as an Assistant Professor in Neuropsychiatry Sana'a University, Yemen 1993-94. He was also worked as a lecturer at The Institute of Psychiatry London 1996-98. From 1998 he is working as Consultant Psychiatrist at South Essex University Foundation Trust. His special interest includes Psychopharmacology, Service provision of people with severe mental illness, Interface between primary and secondary care.

Dr. Matthew Boyko is working as Head for Research Lab & also Assistant Professor in Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at Soroka University Medical Center. He received his Ph.D. degree and post-doctorate at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU). His research interest are Blood glutamate scavenging, Neuroprotection, Ischemic brain injury, Closed head injury, Behavioral brain research: Influence of brain injury on development of mental disorders (anxiety, post-stroke depression, post-traumatic stress disorder), social behavior and cognitive changes related to stroke or TBI, Modeling Stroke, Traumatic brain injury, Subarachnoid hemorrhage Depression in Rat, Evaluation of brain edema, infarcted volume and blood-brain barrier breakdown after brain injury.

Dr. Zhihao Li is working as Professor in Institute of Affective and Social Neuroscience, Shenzhen University. Dr. Li also worked as Research associate scientist in Biomedical Imaging Technology Center at Georgia Institute of Technology & Emory University, Atlanta, USA. He obtained his Ph.D. from University of Science and Technology of China. Dr. Li received Shenzhen high-level overseas talents “peacock project” reward, ISMRM travel award, etc. His research experience is Brain-computer interfacing and mind reading using fMRI and EEG; Resting-state fMRI in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis; Behavioral and neuroimaging study of the long-term effect of prenatal cocaine and alcohol exposure in adolescents and adults.

Dr. Ives Cavalcante Passos is working an Associate professor of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and a researcher at the Laboratory of Molecular Psychiatry at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). Dr. Cavalcante Passos got his medical degree at Federal University of Ceara (Brazil) and Ph.D. at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). Furthermore, he did his sandwich Ph.D. at and worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston(Houston - TX, USA). His main focus is on mood disorders, illness progression of psychiatry disorders, post- traumatic stress disorder, suicide, and methods to analyze big data, such as machine learning.

Dr. Danielle Macedo is an Associate Professor of Neurophysiology in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology at the Federal University of Ceara. Dr. Macedo areas of interest include the preclinical study of the neurobiology of neurodevelopmental disorders, such as schizophrenia and the repurpose of drugs for the prevention and/or treatment of these disorders. More specifically, her work examines the behavioral and immunoinflammatory alterations induced by immune challenges in distinct neurodevelopmental periods and the prevention of these alterations.

Dr. Ni Fan is an Associate professor and the Vice-director of the Neuropsychiatric Research Institute of the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, China. Dr. Fan obtained her Ph.D. from Louisiana State University Health Science Center and continued her postdoc training at Yale University School of Medicine. Her research was funded by National Nature Science foundation of China. Her research interest includes Ketamine abuse, Ketamine-induced psychosis, Glutamate neuronal transmission and ion channel dysfunction in Schezophrenia and depression, Neuroinflammation in mental illness.

Dr. Shaohua Hu is working as Associate Director in Department of Psychiatry, First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, China. Dr. Hu was Engaged in advance studies in University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) during 2008; visited Columbia university Department of psychiatry for study purposes during 2012. He undertook a project under the National Natural Science Foundation of china, a project under the Zhejiang natural science foundation, a project under the Zhejiang public welfare technology application, 3 projects under the Zhejiang health department, and a project under the education department. Main participant of 5 projects, which are sub-project of 973 research, sub-project of the national support program of china, special scientific research of public welfare industry, and a project under the Zhejiang natural foundation.
