Dr. Alfio Ferlito is a graduated in medicine at the University of Bologna. After two years at the University of Trieste, he worked at the ENT Department of Padua University from 1970 to 1997. He has been awarded ad hominem fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and ad eundem fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Glasgow, Ireland and Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is a fellow or a member of other Colleges and scientific societies. He has been honored with several distinctions from professional ENT Societies including two Presidential Citations from the American Laryngological Association for his contributions made to the field of laryngology and the association. He has been appointed as the International Liaison for Corresponding Fellows of the American Laryngological Association. He collaborated as a member of the World Health Organizations Committee on Histological Typing of Tumours of the Upper Respiratory Tract and Ear. He is also a member of the Laryngeal Cancer Association?s Committee on the Classification of Laryngeal Cancer. He was consultant to Yale University. He has delivered prestigious lectures all over the world. Recently he gave the 2nd Morrison Lecture in San Francisco (2006) and the 19th Som Lecture in New York (2006).

Dr. Swapan K Ray is a Professor in the Department of Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology, University of South Carolina School of Medicine, United States of America. Dr. Swapan K Ray received his Ph.D. from University of Calcutta, India. Dr. Swapan K Ray research interests includes the understanding of the cellular and molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis of malignant diseases such as glioblastoma, neuroblastoma, and Ewing's sarcoma and also neurodegenerative disorders such as spinal cord injury (SCI), brain ischemia, traumatic brain injury (TBI), Alzheimer's disease (AD), amyotropic lateral sclerosis (ALS), epilepsy, glaucoma, Parkinson's disease (PD), and multiple sclerosis (MS) and development of novel therapeutic strategies for their treatments.

Prof.Giovanni Borasi is a Professor in the Department of Medical Physics Specialist at University of Milano Bicocca, Italy. Prof. Giovanni Borasi received his degree in theoretical physics in 1967 at Pavia University. Prof.Giovanni Borasi specialized in Medical Physics in 1998. Prof. Giovanni Borasi research interest includes Radiotherapy (one of the first Italian computer programs for treatment planning), Personal Dosimetry (the development of a new dosimeter and associated software still in use!) Non-linear Selenium-based imaging (physical characterization of Xeroradiography), Computerized Tomography (comparative evaluation of the systems), Magnetic Resonance (spectra modification applied to cancer on ex-vivo breast samples), Quality evaluation of film-screen systems (invention of CCD-camera based device: the method was adopted by several Italian hospitals, giving to Medical Physicists the possibility to control the quality of the Radiographic material), Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (Reggio Emilia Hospital was the first Italian hospital to adopt this technique in 2001), Digital Imaging (application of basic detection theory to digital systems).

Dr. Qunxing Ding is an Associate Professor in Kent State University at East Liverpool, Ohio, United States of America. Dr. Qunxing Ding received his Ph. D. in 1994 in Molecular Genetics from China Agricultural University. Dr. Qunxing Ding received his M.S in 1991 in genetic engineering from China Agricultural University. Dr. John F Bebawy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology & Neurological Surgery at Northwestern University. Dr. Bebawy clinical and research interests and expertise includes Neuroanesthesia, with a focus on interventions that affect cerebral blood flow and cerebrovascular hemodynamics. Dr. Bebawy completed his Anesthesiology residency and Neurosurgical Anesthesiology fellowship training at Northwestern in 2008, where he is currently faculty and Associate Director of the Neurosurgical Anesthesiology Fellowship Program. He is a member of many national and international societies for the advancement of Neurosurgical Anesthesiology, has published widely on various topics in the field, and has spoken at many meetings throughout the world on areas within his expertise. Dr. Asif Bashir is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery in Neuroscience Department, Seton Hall University School of Health & Medical Sciences New Jersey, USA. He received his Ph. D. in the Department of Stereo tactic & Functional Neurosurgery in 2007 from Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, USA. His research interests includes Deep Brain Stimulation Emerging Neuromodulation, DBS - Surgery for Movement Disorders, Movement Disorders Surgery, Pituitary Tumors, Discogenic Back Pain. He is awarded Outstanding Surgical Intern: University of Minnesota, USA in 1999, Centra Memorial Silver Medal for standing 1st in the subject of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the final Professional M.B.B.S Exam in 1993.

Dr. Biosk Massimo Dominici is an Associate Professor of Medical Oncology, Head of the Laboratory of Cellular Therapies, Director of the residency school in medical oncology at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Modena, Italy). He had research grants between 26 and awards for more than 6 M euro. He published more than 110 papers in press on stem cells, tissue regeneration, experimental oncology and hematology with over 12500 citations, H-index: 32. He is an Author of 3 books, 3 chapters and 7 patents. He is a scientific founder of the University start-up Rigener and, founder and scientific coordinator of the Mirandola Science & Tecnology Park. Co-editor, editorial board member and referee for over 50 scientific Journals, referee for 16 national & international founding Bodies. He has been co-founder of the Forum of Italian Researcher on MSC (FIRST), board member of JACIE, WBMT and advisor for the Italian Minister of Health. He has been a member of ISCT, ASH, ESCGT, IFATS, IPLASS. He has been President of ISCT 2014-2016, now Chair of the ISCT advisory board and chair of the ISCT presidential task-force on unproven cellular therapy.

Dr. Jacques Grill relieved his Ph. D. in 2003 from the University in Amsterdam. He is the Head of the Brain Tumor Programmer, head of the Pediatric Tumor Board at Gustave Roussy, France. Dr. Hongjuan Cui is a Professor in State Key Laboratory of Silkworm Genome Biology Institute of Sericulture and Systems Biology. Dr. Hongjuan Cui received a Ph. D. in 2000 from Southwest University, China. Dr. Hongjuan Cui is awarded with a member of “Bayu Scholars” in Chongqing, a member of “Innovation Talents” in Chongqing, an Innovation Team in Chongqing. Dr. Hongjuan Cui research interests includes stem cell biology, cancer biology, and translation medicine.

Dr. Wei Wang is an Professor, President of the hospital, the chairman of academic committee of Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital and also as Khorchin scholars of Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities. Dr. Wei Wang research interests includes Molecular biology and toxicology. Prof. Wang recent work mainly on neural tumor, he has made a great contribution to understand the mechanisms and to potentially prevent these diseases. Prof. Wang has published more than 20 papers in medicine journal, including Medicine. Dr. Wang was a recipient of the Natural science academic achievement of Inner Mongolia as the first place (2015).
