Dr. Alaa Abd-Elsayed graduated from Assiut medical school in Egypt in 2000, and joined the faculty at the Department of Public Health and biostatistics immediately after graduation, got his master degree in 2006. He then moved to USA in 2008 to do a clinical research fellowship at the Anesthesiology Department at the Cleveland Clinic. He then joined the Anesthesiology Department at the University of Cincinnati where he had his anesthesiology and Pain Medicine training. In 2014 Dr. Abd-Elsayed joined the Anesthesiology Department at the university of Wisconsin-Madison as an assistant professor. During his career he earned several grants, published more than 60 peer reviewed manuscripts and case reports, several editorials and book chapters. He also had more than 70 international and national presentations at conferences, earned more than 15 awards at the state and national levels. He serves as a reviewer and editor for several journals. His Special interests include Opioids and cancer recurrence, Regional anesthesia in treating pain after breast cancer excision surgery, Multidisciplinary approach for treating breast cancer pain.

Dr. Jose-Manuel Gomez-Saez is a Physical Doctor, Medical Doctor, Associated Professor Teaching Unit of Bellvitge in School of Medicine at University of Barcelona & Chief Clinician in the Department of Endocrinology at University Hospital of Bellvitge. He is a Researcher of CIBERDEM (Centro de Investigacio'n Biome'dica en Red de Diabetes y Enfermedades Metabo'licas Asociadas). Dr. Jose is an endocrinologist working in a third level hospital as clinical doctor and also as a teacher of the University of Barcelona and a clinical rechearcher; he had published 130 articles in international journals with elevated impact factor an also 231 articles in Spanish journals, 51 books or books chapters and 89 communications to international congress. His field of expertise is endocrinology and into this area, thyroid, pituitary and parathyroid diseases and obesity. Dr. Jose is one of the best physicians to treat thyroid cancer, decreased secretion of pituitary hormones, excessive secretion of growth hormone and hypothyroidism.

Dr. Ermina Iljazovic is an Head & Professor in Department of Pathology at University Clinical Center Tuzla & also Head of the Desk of Pathology, Medical School University of Tuzla. She recevied her Ph.D. in filed of Pathology. Dr. Ermina Iljazovic has professional membership in Medical Chamber of Tuzla's Canton, Society of pathologist of FB&H, Member of the Working group for Gynecological cancer, ESP, Member of European Cervical Cancer Association, etc. She has research experience on Investigantions in the field of gynaecological, particularly cervical pathology with special emphasis on the molecular biology of cancer.

Dr. Seunghoon Lee is a Dean & Professor of Department of Life Science at Yongin University. He received his B.A, M.S & Ph.D in Biochemistry and physiology from Department of Biology at Sungkyunkwan University. Dr. Seunghoon Lee worked as Research Professorin Molecular Therapy Research Center at Sungkyunkwan University, Director of Animal cells and systems. He is Active member of AACR & Member of ASGT. Dr. Seunghoon Lee Research Fields are Functional genomics and proteomics to develop novel gene therapeutics in ovarian and cervical cancer; Regulation of HPV oncogene expression in cervical cancer; Functional study of hyper-methylated genes in cervical and colon cancer; Chemosensitivity.

Dr. Anvarhusein A. Isab is a Professor in Chemistry Department at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.He received his Ph.D in Bio-Inorganic Chemistry at Univ. of London, Polytechnic in Huddersfield, UK & B.Sc in Chem.(Special) at Valsad. Dr. Isab is involved in the synthesis of new Bio-Inorganic, Organo-metallic and Polymeric nature type new complexes. These complexes are useful in various field of chemistry. Some of the gold and Platinum complexes are being tested for their anti-cancer activities. These complexes are analyzed by using various physical techniques such as C, H, N and S analysis using Elemental analyzer, UV-Visible spectroscopy, Infra-Red (IR) spectroscopy, solution as well as solid analysis by using NMR Spectroscopy.

Dr. Roomi earned a doctorate degree in Biochemical Toxicology from University of Surrey, England, and is a Fellow of American College of Nutrition (FACN). He is certified by the American Board of Toxicology (DABT) and American College of Nutrition (CNS). Dr. Roomi worked at the Linus Pauling Institute in Palo Alto, California for five years before joining the Dr. Rath research Institute as a Senior Research Scientist in 2000. His research interests include cancer, drug metabolism, environmental and occupational toxicology, organic synthesis, the molecular mechanism of toxicology and free radical and oxidative damage. Dr. Roomi has published over 200 papers in international journals, and has presented at over 200 national and international meetings, written chapters in book and author of several popular articles. He is a member of American Association of Cancer Research (AACR), the Federation of American Society of Experimental Biology (FASEB). The Society of Toxicology (SOT) and the American Society of Clinical Patholgy (ASCP).

Dr. Bernardino Roca is a Associate Professor in Department of Medicine at University Jaume I & also Visiting Professor at Baylor College of Medicine. He received his Medicine Bachelor Degree & Internal Medicine Specialist from University of Valencia, Medicine PhD Degree from University of Barcelona. Dr. Bernardino Roca worked as Associate Professor of Medicine at University of Valencia. His present Areas of Research are Impact of different alcoholic beverages on morbidity and mortality, in HIV-infected patients and the general population; Factors associated to discrepancy between casual measurement and ambulatory monitoring of blood pressure; etc.

Dr. Neveen Said is an Assistant Professor in Department of Cancer Biology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She received her PhD, MSc & MBBS at Cairo University (Kasr El-Aini) School of Medicine in 1997, 1992 & 1987 respectively. Dr. Neveen Saidresearch focuses on understanding the role of matricellular proteins as modulators of the dynamic cell-cell interactions in the tumor microenvironment during the multistep cascades of cancer initiation, progression, and organ-specific metastasis. The ultimate goal is understand the mechanisms of tumor heterogeneity and uncover novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers of cancer progression that can be used for patient stratification for personalized cancer therapy.

I obtained my PhD from Beatson Institute for Cancer Research, University of Glasgow in 1998 where I worked on viral causes of cancer. In the same year I was offered a postdoctoral fellowship in the Medical Oncology Laboratory at Glasgow University’s Medical School, I was awarded a Royal Society Developing World Study Visit fellowship for distinguished postdoctoral work on relationship between papillomavirus and immune response. I joined Kingston University, London in 2009 where I currently act as course director for cancer biology and teach on a range of medical Science modules, supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research students, and lead an active research group on the interactions between the human host, pathogen and the immune system.

Dr Muy-Teck Teh received his Biomedical Science degree (B.Sc. Hons, 1996) and PhD in Molecular Physiology (2000) from King’s College London, UK. Following two postdoctoral trainings funded by Wellcome Trust and Cancer Research UK. He is currently a tenured Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Head and Neck Cancer at the Barts & the London School of Medicine & Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London, leading a clinical translational research group investigating cancer biomarker discovery, molecular diagnostics, molecular reprogramming of adult epithelial stem cell renewal, differentiation, and senescence. Dr Teh was awarded “Molecule of the Year 2010” for his pioneering research on FOXM1 in human cancer initiation. Overall, he aims to translate basic science into clinical applications and towards personalised medicine based on a combination of patient’s genetic, epigenetic, exosomal and gene expression signatures. Dr Teh has published papers in high impact journals such as Nature Genetics, Cancer Research, Journal of Cell Science, American Journal of Human Genetics, Molecular Cancer, Genes Chromosomes & Cancer and International Journal of Cancer. He is also on editorial boards of several reputed international peer-reviewed journals and acted as grant reviewers for various UK and EU funding bodies and charities. Dr Teh has international collaborators from USA, Norway, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and China on clinical translation of molecular diagnostics for early detection of head & neck cancer.

Professor Dr. Nor Hayati Othman obtained her medical degree, MBBS, from University of Malaya in 1981 and Master of Pathology from University of Malaya in 1987. She is an anatomic pathologist and had undergone various sub-specialty pathology trainings; Neuropathology from University of Western Australia [1989]; Dermatolopathology from University of Sydney [1994], Molecular Pathology from University of Toronto [1999] and University of Cape Town [2002]. She is a senior consultant pathologist to Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia and senior professor [VK5] to department of Pathology, School of Medical Sciences Universiti Sains Malaysia. Currently she is the President for International Academy of Pathology [Malaysian Division]. She teaches Pathology to undergraduate and postgraduate students at Universiti Sains Malaysia since 1987. She was awarded exemplary lecturer award for 2 consecutive years; 2003 and 2004 and also bestowed Excellence in Service awards by the University twice in 1994 and 2004. In 2008 she was the recipient of Tokoh Citra Ilmu, an award given annually to academician of high standing by the alumni of the Medical School. Her research interests are in cancer pathology especially on gynae cancers. Her relatively recent research interest is on the effect of honey on cancer.
