Prof. Salam A Ibrahim is a Professor in the Department of Food Microbiology, Food and Nutritional Sciences at North Carolina A&T State University, USA. Prof. Ibrahim received his Ph.D. in 1991 from University of Kentucky and M.Sc in 1987 from University of Georgia. He was honored with The recipient of the 2004 Younger Chemists Committee leadership award by the American Chemical Society (ACS) and The recipient of the 2003-2004 university award of outstanding young investigator. Prof. Salam A Ibrahim's research interests focused in the area of dairy food processing, recent work in my laboratory has focused on: Viability and stability of probiotic cultures in traditional and non-traditional food products; and Impact of ingredients on quality of Greek yogurt. Dairy foods have served as the traditional vehicle of delivery for probiotic cultures; however, viability is still a major concern.

Prof. A C Matin is a Professor in Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Stanford University School of Medicine, Stanford, California. He received his Ph.D in the Department of Microbiology (1969) in the University of California, Los Angeles. Prof. Matin's received Two times recipient of Environmental Protection Agency’s Star Award in 1991 and 1995. He was elected to the Steering Committee of Stanford Medical School Senate (2008–2011) and as a Chair of Medical School Senate Task Force for Postdoctoral Affairs (2010–2011). He is elected as an Associate Fellow, American Aerospace Medical Association (2011) and Chair Reception Committee, American Aerospace Medical Association (2012). Prof. Matin's research intersets includes Biology and physiology of mixotrophy, Novel mechanisms of bacterial antibiotic resistance, Role of G proteins in starvation and motility, Discovery of a new enzyme for prodrug cancer chemotherapy and its improvement, Use of extracellular vesicles (exosomes) for specific gene and drug delivery to tumors.

Prof. Alexander Sirotkin is a Professor in the department of Zoology and Anthropology at Constantine the Philosopher University,Nitra, Slovakia. Prof. Sirotkin completed his phD in the department of Neuroendocrinology at Research Institute of Evolutionaly Physiology and Biochemistry, Academy of Acience of the USSR, Leningrad, Russia in 1983. Prof. Sirotkin worked as Research Scientist, Senior Research Scientist, Head of the Laboratory and Project Leader in the Research Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics (Leningrad-Pushkin, USSR), International Laboratory for Biotechnology (Nitra, Czechoslovakia), Research Institute of Animal Production/Animal Production Research Centre (Nitra, Slovakia) and Constantine the Philosopher University (Nitra, Slovakia). He had fellowships in Institute of Physiology and Genetics (Libechov, Czechoslovakia), Institute of Experimental Endocrinology (Bratislava, Slovakia), Research Centre of Animal Production (Dummerstorf, Germany), Institute for Animal Science and Animal Behaviour (Celle, Germany), Institute of Animal Science (Mariensee, Germany), University of Colonia (Colonia, Germany), Babraham Institute (Babraham, UK), University of Bristol (Bristol, UK), University of Nottingham (Sutton Bonington, UK) and other international research centers. Prof. Sirotkin was awarded for the best research of joung scientist of Leningrad, Russia in 1983.Journal of Reproduction and Development Outstanding Paper Award, Japan in 2004.IASTEM Excellent Paper Award for the category Best Presentation/Best Content, India in 2017.

Dr. Qing Sheng Mi is a Professor and Senior Scientist in the Department of Internal Medicine at Wayne State University, USA. Dr. Mi completed his Ph.D in Immunodermatology from China Medical University in 1992, he received his M.D. from Taishan Medical College in 1985, and M.S. in Immuno-Dermatopathology from The Second Military Medical University in 1991. Dr. Qing Sheng Mi's research interests includes Epigenetic (miRNAs/HDACs) immune regulation (especially in NKT cells and skin dendritic cells), Immunotherapy, and miRNA biomarkers in the precision medicine, including autoimmune/inflammatory diseases, Cancer, and cancer immunotherapy (skin cancer, Leukemia, and bladder cancer), which are currently supported by 3 NIH RO1 grants (2015-2021), one Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International (JDRF) grant, and one International Collaborative Key Grant of Chinese Natural Science Foundation.
