Dr. Mustapha Mouloua is a Professor in Department of Psychology and Director of the Applied/Experimental Psychology and Human at University of Central Florida, USA. Mouloua received his Maitrise (Post Graduate Diploma) in Industrial Psychology from the University of Algiers and his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Applied/Experimental Psychology from The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC. He was a research fellow from 1992 to 1994 at the Cognitive Science Laboratory of The Catholic University of America and became an assistant professor of psychology at UCF in 1994. In addition, he has also made over 225 presentations at national and international meetings, 55 invited colloquia and lectures at local and regional meetings, and was featured in 42 interviews in local, national, and international newspapers, radio, and T.V. interviews. Dr. Mustapha Mouloua research interests includes attention and human performance, cognitive aging, automation, aviation psychology, Human-Technology Interaction, Simulation and Training, Instructional and Information Technologies, Human Performance Assessment, Pilot-Cockpit Interaction, Training in Virtual Environments, Automation and Workload in Aviation Systems, Assessment of Older Drivers and Driver Distraction.
