Prof. Jean Mercier Ythier is professor of economics at the University of Paris, Panthéon-Assas, France. He graduated from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris (PhD, 1989). He was also a graduate student at Harvard University (1986-87). He went notably through positions of invited research fellow at the University of Montréal (Québec, Canada), assistant professor and associate professor of economics at the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne and professor of economics at the University of Lorraine (France). Prof. Ythier's research interests include the theory of general competitive equilibrium, microeconomic theory, public economic theory, altruism, ethics, and topics of economic anthropology.

Prof. Jeffrey Halldorson, MD, is Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Washington, USA. He is a board-certified transplant and hepatobiliary surgeon who specializes in all aspects of liver, kidney and pancreas transplantation, as well as liver and hepatobiliary surgery and general surgery as applied to the transplant patient. Dr. Halldorson received his medical degree from University of Michigan Medical School. He completed a general surgery Residency at the University of Minnesota. Prof. Halldorson's research interests include optimizing outcomes for donation after cardiac death liver transplantation, liver allocation strategy and policy, as well as development of gene therapy strategies for inherited diseases.

Dr. Henkie P Tan is Director Of Kidney Transplantation, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. He is also Associate Professor of Surgery. Dr. Tan has received several honours and awards like Pittsburgh Magazine, Pittsburgh Best Doctors (2001-2016), Best Doctors in America (2005), America’s Top Surgeons (2004), International WHO’s WHO(1998), “Outstanding Young Man of America,” Outstanding Young Americans (1998), Tri-County Surgical Society, 39th Annual 1st Prize (1996), etc. Dr. Tan's research interests includes Live donor kidney and liver transplantation; Kidney, liver, and pancreas transplantation; Laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy.

Dr. Rodrigo Martinez De Mello Vianna is Professor of Clinical Surgery and the Director of the Miami Transplant Institute. Prior to this, he was the Director of Intestinal/Multivisceral transplant at Indiana University. He has worked as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Surgery in Indiana University Health-Transplant Institute. Dr. Vianna has been honoured with Academia Nacional de Medicina, Brazil–Honor recipient, Professor of “Livre Docência”, Brazil–Honor recipient, American Liver Foundation-Honor recipient, etc.

Dr. W James Chon is an Associate professor of medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and serves as the Medical Director of the Renal Transplant Program. He is an experienced transplant nephrologist and is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Dr. Chon's research interests include ethics in transplantation, BK virus nephropathy, and vaccinations in transplant patients. He has served as Chairman for the American Society of Transplanation (AST) Trainee and Young Faculty Community of Practice.

Dr. Giovanni Conzo is currently an Associate Professor of General Surgery-scientific field-MED18 and Consultant Surgeon at the Division of General Surgery and Oncologic Surgery-School of Medicine and Surgery at Second University of Naples, Italy. He accomplished his surgical training at the second University of Naples. He later attended several training periods at international referral centres for Upper GI, HPB, and liver transplantation surgery as well as for laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Conzo leads his research largely in the field of digestive pathology and endocrinology, as well as minimally invasive surgery.
