Dr. Jose Carriquiry has been a visiting professor at distinguished universities in the USA, France, Spain. Dr. Jose Carriquiry is currently affiliated to Harvard University. Dr. Jose Carriquiry research interest includes Marine geochemistry and biogeochemistry, Marine & aquatic pollution and toxicology, marine ecology (coral reefs), trace metals and stable isotopes. Dr. Jose Carriquiry also conducts research on the environmental degradation of the coral reefs in the Mexican Caribbean and Southern Gulf of Mexico.
