Prof. Olivier Gires is a Professor & Head of Research in Department of Head and Neck Research at Ludwig-Maximilians-University. He received his Ph.D degree at Department of Gene Vectors, Helmholtz Center, Munich, Germany. He has patents on "New tumor antigens for the diagnosis of malignant diseases", PCT/EP2004/01464 and "Usage of specific protease inhibitors for the functional inhibition of the tumor-associated antigen EpCAM", Patent N° 06011852.8-2006. His research interest includes - Molecular Oncology; Metastases formation; EpCAM; EMT; Nuclear signaling.

Dr. Alfio Ferlito is a graduated in medicine at the University of Bologna. After two years at the University of Trieste, he worked at ENT Department of Padua University (1970-1997). He has been awarded ad hominem fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and ad eundem fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Glasgow, Ireland and Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is a fellow or a member of other Colleges and scientific societies. He has been honored with several distinctions from professional ENT Societies including two Presidential Citations from the American Laryngological Association for his contributions made to the field of laryngology and the association. He has been appointed as the International Liaison for Corresponding Fellows of the American Laryngological Association. He collaborated as a member of the World Health Organizations Committee on Histological Typing of Tumours of the Upper Respiratory Tract and Ear. He is also a member of the Laryngeal Cancer Association?s Committee on the Classification of Laryngeal Cancer. He was consultant to Yale University. He has delivered prestigious lectures all over the world. Recently he gave the 2nd Morrison Lecture in San Francisco (2006) and the 19th Som Lecture in New York (2006).

Prof Chim is SH Ho Professor of Haematology & Medical Oncology, Queen Mary Hospital, University of Hong Kong. He is a clinician scientist & double fellow of both the Royal Colleges of Physicians and Pathologists of UK. He has published >230 papers in peer-reviewed journals. He is a Member of the International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG), Executive Committee member of Asia Myeloma Network, Chairman of Education Program, Asia Pacific Hematology Consortium (APHCON), the Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Society of Myeloma. He is on the editorial board of multiple journals. He has been invited reviewer for American Society of Hematology (ASH) and external reviewer for prestigious grant funding organizations including Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, Leukemia Research (United Kingdom), Cancer Research United Kingdom, The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*Star) of Singapore, & Association for International Cancer Research (AICR). Prof Chim was awarded the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award in 2009, and is currently Visiting Professor to 10 universities in mainland China. His Research interest is in “Multiple Myeloma” & “DNA methylation in blood cancers”.

Dr. Juan Jesús Cruz Hernández is currently the Head of the Medical Oncology Service at the University Hospital of Salamanca, Coordinator of Cancer Area of the Institute of Biomedical Research of Salamanca (IBSAL), Director of Program of Master in Supportive Care and Palliative Care in Oncology Patient at University of Salamanca, Chair of the Department of Medicine for within the School of Medicine, University of Salamanca. Dr. Cruz is an European recognized expert in the area of head and neck cancer. His special area of work has been in the combined induction treatment of chemotherapy and radiotherapy and the incorporation of new agents in head and neck tumors, contributing to the establishment of standard therapy in head and neck cancer, locally advanced and recurrent / metastatic. He is an active member of TTCC which is responsible for the development of several clinical trials. Dr. Cruz has published more than 200 articles, and 60 book chapters, mainly on the topics of induction chemotherapy, organ preservation, and clinical research. His main field of interest is in areas concern prognostic factors, clinical and translational research with new drugs, studies on the interaction of chemotherapy and radiation therapy in Head and Neck Cancer. His research is in clinical head and neck cancer and in translational and early clinical research.

Ming-Rong Wang is a Professor and Principle Investigator in National Laboratory of Molecular Oncology, Vice-President of Cancer Institute (Hospital), Peking Union Medical College, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Vice-Director of National Cancer Center. He has spent most of his scientific carrier in the study of human cancer. His research interests cover many areas in cancer genetics and molecular cell biology, including molecular classification of cancer, molecular basis of precancerous lesions, molecular mechanisms of cancer aggressiveness and metastasis, profiles of chromosome aberrations in cancer, and profiles of proteins dysregulated in cancer. Recently, he has focused his attention on biomarkers for early detection and early diagnosis of cancer and on the signal transduction mechanisms underlying apoptosis and anoikis.

Xin-chun Jian, professor, chief physician, doctoral tutor; President of Institute of Oral Precancerous Lesions of Central South University. Committee directer of Chinese Stomatological Associasion; President of Hunan Stomatological Associasion, Vice president of Hunan Stomatological Hospital Administration Association; Visiting professor of Medical College of Virginia of Virginia Commonwealth University; Fellow of the International College of Dentists; Vice chairman of Hunan Aesthetics and Plastic Association. His research directions are diagnosis and treatment of deformities and defects in the oral and maxillofacial regions and oral and maxillofacial and neck tumors, especially are diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant tumors of the middle cranial base and oral precancerous lesions. He completed presided over the tenth-five major disease research topic of the Ministry of Science and Technology, projects of the National Natural Science Foundation Committee, CMB funds of United State.

Prof. Hua Wang is a Professor in Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery/Clinical Laboratory at Sun Yat-sen University. He received his Ph.D in Molecular Oral Medicine & Maxillofacial Surgery at Hiroshima University, M.S. & D.D.S in Oral Medicine & Maxillofacial Surgery at The First Military Medical University, B.S in Medicine at Fuzhou Medical College, Nanchang University. His research interest includes - Stem Cells, Cancer, Immune therapy, Regenerative medicine. He has patents on 'A compound medicine for the treatment of venous malformation and malignant tumor', Patent No. CN20140133926.8-2014 and 'A medical cell production system for cell isolation and culture', Patent No. CN201010567479.1-2010.'
