Dr. Mohammed Ashraf Gondal is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Physics, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Mineralsm, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Ashraf Gondal received his Ph.D. in the Department of Laser Physics/Spectroscopy, Institute of Applied Physics, Rheinischen Friedrich Wilhelms, University, Bonn, Germany, in 1983. Dr. Mohammed Ashraf received Excellence in Research Award for 2005/2006, 2010/2011 and 2015/2016, Best Project Award Year 2008/2009. His research interests include in the field of Environment Protection, energy, lasers, atomic and molecular spectroscopy, laser applications in nanotechnolgy (synthesis of nano materials), wetting and non wetting surfaces for oil water separation, self cleaning & dust repellent, desulufurization of crude oil, Plasma sources, sensors, solar cells, clean environment, development of laser based techniques for pollution monitoring, mineral exploration, analysis of geological rocks and material characterization like Photoacoustic.

Dr. Prashant N Kumta is a chair Professor in the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, Swanson School of Engineering and School of Dental Medicine, USA. Dr. Kumta received his Ph.D. in 1990 in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Arizona, USA. Professor Kumta is the recipient of the NSF Research Initiation Award (RIA), Fellow of the American Ceramic Society (ACerS), American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineers (AIMBE). He has edited/co-edited 9 books, given more than 130 invited and 460 oral presentations, and is the author and co-author of more than 270 refereed publications. Dr. Prashant N Kumta research interests include the synthesis, structure and properties of nanostructured materials for electrochemical electronic, bone tissue engineering, biomineralization, bio-sensing, and non-viral gene delivery applications, Novel Synthesis and Characterization of Advanced Nano structured Materials, Novel Non-Oxide Sol-Gel Synthesis, Colloidal Processing, High Energy Mechanical Milling, Mechanochemical Synthesis, Microstructure and properties of Novel Electronic and Electrochemically active Materials, Novel low temperature physiologically compatible approaches to Bioceramic and Biologic Biomaterials for Bone Tissue Engineering, Gene Delivery, and Biomineralization.

Dr. Prabir K Patra is a Professor and Chair in the Department of biomedical Engineering, University of Bridgeport, USA. Dr. Patra holds joint appointment as a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Prabir received his PhD in Materials Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur, India in 1998. Prabir did his postdoctoral work at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and Rice University on biomaterials and nanotechnology respectively. Dr. Prabir K Patra research interests includes understanding the fundamentals of biophysical science processes at a nano-scale and apply their underlying principles to develop advanced materials through structure, property and function relationships for novel nanotechnology driven biomedical engineering applications.

Dr. Marie Christine Bacchus is a senior researcher in the Institut Lumiere Matiere, Universite Lyon1-CNRS, France. Dr. Marie recieved her Ph.D. in Quantum Chemistry (1984), Aggregation in chemistry, Paris in 1979. Dr. Marie Christine Bacchus research interests include Radiation action on biomolecular systems, direct and indirect processes:ion-biomolecule collisions, radio-sensibilization, conformational and anisotropic effects Nanohydration, Ion sources, Dynamics of excited states of complex systems, non-adiabatic interactions, Modelling space chemistry: radiative and collisional processes – KIDA database Gas phase and icy grains reactions, prebiotic chemistry, Early universe chemistry.

Dr. Eugene Stephane Mananga is an Adjunct Professor of Applied Physics at New York University and a Professor in the Physics Doctorate Program and the Chemistry Doctorate Program (Graduate Center) of the City University of New York, USA. He completed his PH.D in Physics from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, and holds 6 additional graduate degrees and training from various institutions including Harvard University (HMS), Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), and City College of New York (CCNY). Eugene did his postdoctoral studies in the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory of USA, Harvard Medical School, and Massachusetts General Hospital. Prior to joining Harvard - MGH, Eugene Mananga was an "Ingenieur de Recherche" in the French Atomic Energy Commission and Alternative Energies (CEA-SACLAY-NEUROSPIN). Eugene has published more than 40 articles and has been serving as editorial board member of nearly 20 remarkable journals. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Imaging Science (JIS). Dr. Eugene Stephane Mananga research interests includes in Condensed Matter Physics, Atomic and Molecular Physics, Solid-State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Medical Physics, Radiological Sciences and Nuclear Medicine. Currently, he is focused on advancing theory, simulation and methodology in Solid-State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Spin Dynamics, Quantum Physics, Medical Physics and Nuclear Medicine.

Dr. Scott A Glasgow is an Associate professor in the Department of Mathematics, Brigham Young University, USA. Dr. Glasgow received his Ph. D in Applied Mathematics, University of Arizona, USA in 1993 and was awarded post-doctoral fellowships in Paul Mandel's Theoretical Nonlinear Optics group at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, and in Jerome Malone's Arizona Center for Mathematical Sciences at the University of Arizona. He did his BS in Physics, from Brigham Young University in 1988. He worked as an Assistant Professor from 2000-2005 at Brigham Young, and was the Chief administrator of BYU's 2011-12 Special Year In Quantum Optics, and is the head of the BYU Applied Math Group, 2002-present. His research interests include optimal electromagnetic energy transmission and real-time dissipation in extended media with memory, and the burgeoning areas of space-time resolved quantum electrodynamics and quantum field theories.

Dr. Muhammad Maqbool is as an Associate Professor for the Department of Physics and Medical Physics at Ball State University. Dr. Maqbool obtained his Ph.D. degree in experimental condensed matter physics from Ohio University, USA, in 2005. He has obtained his Master of Science degree in medical & radiation Physics from the University of Birmingham, UK, in 1998. His research interests include in Medical Physics, Radiation Therapy, Health Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, Photonics, Biophotonics, experimental condensed matter physics and Photonics. He also works in Medical & Health Physics. He has published over 60 research papers and book chapters in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Maqbool has presented his work in several international meetings, conferences and workshops. He has also worked as an organizing chair of the American Physical Society Ohio Region Fall-2011 meeting. He was also the panel chair for Medical Physics in the American Physical Society Ohio Region Fall-2011 meeting. Dr. Maqbool has obtained over half a million dollars in grant from various organizations like National Science Foundation, Indiana Academy of Science and Ball State University.

Dr. Yuanshui Zheng is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Physics, Oklahoma State University, USA. Dr. Zheng received his Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2001. He received a B.S. in Engineering Physics and an M.S. in Nuclear Electronics & Detection Technology from Tshinghua University in 1993 and 1996 respectively. His research interests include Proton Therapy, Monte Carlo Modeling/Simulation, Image Guided Radiation Therapy, Adaptive Radiation Therapy, Commissioning and Quality Assurance, Proton & Neutron Dosimetry, Radiobiology.

Dr. Mohamed Amr is a Research director in Queen medical research office. He is a Professor in the Department of Nuclear Physics, Atomic Energy Authority, Egypt. Dr. Amr received his Ph.D in Atomic and Molecular Physics, Suez Canal University, Egypt (2000), M. Sc, in Atomic and Molecular Physics, Cairo University, Egypt (1996). Dr. Mohamed Amr research interests include Development of novel methods for identification and quantification of elements and radioisotopes in ultra-trace levels by inorganic mass spectrometry techniques.

Dr. Chengde Gao is an Associate Professor in the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Central South University, China. Dr. Gao received receive his Ph. D in 2014. Dr. Gao received Natural Science Award in Research Achievements from Ministry of Education in China (2013); Science and Technology Awards for China Nonferrous Metals Industry (2014), National Scholarship for Graduate Students from Ministry of Education in China (2014); National Scholarship for Graduate Students from Ministry of Education in China (2013). His research interests include laser micro/nano-manufacturing, biofabrication and rapid prototyping.
