Prof. Rolando Arturo Chamy Maggi is a Professor and Chair at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, Chile, USA. Prof. Chamy also Director of the Curauma Biotechnology Nucleus center of applied investigation in biotechnology, which is part of the same university. He is a Biochemical Engineer and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Prof. Chamy also Technical Vice President of Inter-American Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering and Director of the "Master in CDM and Energy Efficiency".
