Dr. Ricardo Becerro De Bengoa Vallejo is working as Full Professor in Faculty of Nursing at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. He worked as Director in Department of International Studies, New York College of Podiatric Medicine, USA. He also worked as Doctor of Podiatric Department from New York, USA. Dr. Vallejo received his Doctor (PhD) from Universidad de Alcala, Madrid, Espana. He received his Doctorate of Humane Letters Honoris Causa from New York College of Podiaitric Medicine, USA.

Dr. Robert Evans Bowen is currently an Associate professor in Department of medicine at West Virginia University, Martinsburg, USA and Director of the Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine at WVU Berkeley Medical Center. He graduated from the University of Illinois School of Medicine and trained in internal medicine, critical care, and pulmonary medicine at the University of Virginia and West Virginia University medical centers. He was trained in laser bronchoscopy in 1982/1983 and after completing a fellowship in cosmetic antiaging and regenerative medicine extended his laser experience to include aesthetic therapies. Dr. Bowen's current research interests include the translation of adipose derived stem cell treatments and light-based therapies into clinical applications, Isolation of Adult Stem Cells from Adipose Tissu Applications in Cardiology, Pulmonology,Endocrinology,Neurology and Wound Healing.

Dr. Stefano Ricci is Consutant Phlebologist at Campus Biomedico University, Italy. He also worked as Senior assistant and as Associated Professor in Department of Paediatric Surgery at Bologna University from 1984. He has Specialised in Paediatric Surgery in 1975 from Ferrara University. Dr. Ricci's research interests includes Ultrasound diagnosis and research, Veins Anatomy and hemodynamic, Muller’s Phlebectomy, Foam sclerotherapy, Ulcers treatment.
