Dr. Yoshihide Ogawa is a Emeritus Professor in the Department of Faculty of Medicine at University of the Ryukyus, Nishihara, Japan and Consultant and Chair in Renal Center and Urology at Tokyo-West Tokushukai Hospital and Chair in Department of Urology at Musashino Tokushukai Hospital, Japan. Dr. Ogawa completed his Ph.D. at Keio University in the year 1982. Dr. Yoshihide Ogawa research interest includes Kidney transplant and kidney cancer, Urolithiasis, Pediatric urology and surgical urology, Dialysis.

Dr. Emiliano Calvo is a Director of Clinical Research at Centro Integral Oncologico Clara Campal Hospital, in Madrid, Spain. He is also the President of the Investigational Therapeutics in Oncological Sciences Foundation (Intheos). Dr. Calvohe is an Associate Professor at University CEU San Pablo, and Profesor Titular by ANECA, in Madrid, Spain, Faculty member (from 2012) and ESMO co-Director (2017-2019) at the International Workshop in Methods in Clinical Cancer Research, in Flims, Switzerland. During 2006-2011 and from 2015 on, he is a Faculty Member of the ESMO (European Society of Medical Oncology) Educational Committee, for the special expertise group "Principles of Clinical Trials and Systemic Therapy" and also from 2014 Faculty member of the ESMO Educational Committee for the special expertise group "non-prostate genitourinary tumors". In addition, he has been a member of the Scientific Committee of the ESMO-ECCO anual meeting (2008, 2009 and 2011 –Developmental Therapeutics track-) and, from 2015, at the annual EORTC-NCI-AACR International Conference on Molercular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics. He completed his Ph.D. in 2003 at the University de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, with highest commendation. He trained in Medical Oncology at the Clínica Universitaria de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain and completed his Advanced Fellowship in Drug Development at the Cancer Therapy & Research Center's Institute for Drug Development in San Antonio, Texas, from 2003 to 2005, where he was a Senior Fellow and Clinical Investigator. Dr. Calvo published approximately one hundred publications, especially regarding clinical development of new drugs in different tumor types and in kidney cancer.

Dr. Alexander G Obukhov is an Associate Professor of the Department of Cellular and Integrative Physiology at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, USA. He is also working as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Stark Neurosciences Research Institute at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Obukhov completed his Ph.D. in Biophysics from Bogomoletz Institute of Physiology, Kiev, Ukraine. He is a member of Society for Neuroscience and American Heart Association since 2005. He has received many research grants and awards. He is the editorial member of many international journals.

Dr. Saeid Mordechai Nosrati is Associate Professor of Medicine at Keck-USC School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA and Medical Director of the CKD program and the Renal, Hypertension and Transplant Clinic at the LAC+USC. He attended medical school at the State University of New York in Brooklyn (1983-1987). After completing an internship and residency program at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine at Bronx, NY,(1987-2000), Dr. Nosrati was awarded a nephrology fellowship at Beth Israel Hospital/ Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Nosrati joined the Keck-USC School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA in 1992 as an Assistant Professor of Medicine. Dr. Nosrati has also served as Medical Director of the Peritoneal Dialysis Program and Home Hemodialysis Program at the USC Dialysis Center and has been an attending physician at the CAPD Clinic, USC Outpatient Dialysis, Medicine Ward and Renal Ward at the LAC+USC Medical Center. Dr. Nosrati is actively involved in a number of bench research as well as clinical research in advancing kidney dialysis, liver dialysis and providing a support system for the MOF/MODS multisystem failures using advanced technologies. In addition he has been actively conducting major pharmaceutical sponsored phase II-IV clinical trials in hypertension, anemia, iron, secondary hyperparathyroidism etc.

Dr. Eloisa Gitto is Professor of Pediatrics at University of Messina, Italy. Eloisa is the Director of the Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of the University Hospital of Messina, Italy. She received her medical degree at the University of Messina, Italy and her research trainings at the UT Health Science Center of San Antonio, Texas, and at the University of Chicago, USA. In addition to research, Dr Eloisa teaches Pediatrics and Intensive Care Medicine to medical students and postgraduate pediatric fellows. Dr Eloisa research interests includes in area of oxidative stress, mainly in studying the effects of antioxidant melatonin in many neonatal diseases, in the area of neonatal and pediatric intensive care, with particular interest to ventilation strategies.

Dr. Elena Ranieri is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medical Sciences and Surgery at University of Foggia, Italy. She has been a Visiting Research Associate at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Ohio in 1990 and Research Associate at the University of Pittsburgh from 1997 to 2000. Dr. Ranieri has been Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, PA, USA and Lab Head of the Laboratory of Nephrology at the University of Bari. She studied cellular and molecular mechanisms in the pathogenesis of glomerulonephritis and in the progression of renal damage. Dr. Elena Ranieri scientific research interest includes translational studies designed to generate more effective anti-cancer immunotherapies.

Dr. John P Vasilakos is Senior Researcher Immunologist & Business Director for TLR Agonists in 3M Drug Delivery Systems. Dr. Vasilakos has 19 years experience in the pharmaceutical & biotechnology industry mainly focusing on the use of TLR agonists and beta glucans as vaccine adjuvants and anti-cancer agents. He is an author on over 30 peer-reviewed publications and an inventor on 12 patents. Dr. Vasilakos did his post-doctoral training at Parke-Davis, Ann Arbor, MI. He received his Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, and Microbiology from the University of Cincinnati in 1993 and received his BS from Miami University, Oxford OH in 1984. Dr. John P Vasilakos Primary research interests includes pathogen-associated molecular patterns modulationg human innate immunity, specifically on dendritic cells, neutrophils and macrophages.

Dr. Rafael E Chavez is a Consultant Surgeon in University Hospital of Wales and Honorary Clinical Lecturer in Cardiff University School of Medicine. He received his PhD from Cambridge University. He got qualified in Medicine and worked as a Specialist in General Surgery at the Central University of Venezuela. He then worked as a Senior Lecturer and Consultant Surgeon at the University Hospitals of Caracas, where he obtained extensive experience in gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary surgery and emergency and trauma surgery. He was actively involved in research and teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels. He worked as a Clinical Fellow in transplantation at Addenbrookes Hospital for nine years where he performed renal transplants and liver transplants, vascular access and general surgery on transplant and dialysis patients and a very substantial number of multiorgan donor procedures. Dr. Chavez became Lead for Quality and Safety of Transplantation and Nephrology at UHW. He became Research and Development Lead for the Surgery Clinical Board. His Research interests include areas of ischemia and reperfusion. In recent years he had specifically worked in renal ischemia and reperfusion in the rat, with a focus on complement, leukocyte and endothelial activation and molecular events of preconditioning. He also participates in multicentre clinical trials, of which he has been Principal Investigator for the UK. Dr. Chavez has authored numerous papers and book chapters, mostly in the area of transplantation and gastrointestinal surgery.

Dr. Mony Fraer is a Associate Professor in Department of Internal Medicine at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, USA. He received his medical degree from University of Medicine and Pharmacy Pope Gregory and has been in practice for more than twenty years. Dr. Fraer worked as Staff Physician at Mercy Hospital, Iowa City and then as Assistant Professor in Division of Nephrology, University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City. The clinical part of his work involves all aspects of care for patients with kidney diseases (including kidney transplant, kidney stones and dialysis) both in an inpatient (all 3 hospitals in the area) and outpatient setting. From an administrative perspective he had been the director of dialysis for UIHC since 2015. He is an Associate Faculty Member of Dialysis and renal Transplantation section and Medical Board Member of End-Stage Renal Disease Network (Heartland Kidney Network) - a non-profit corporation under contract with CMS to oversee the End Stage Renal Disease Program in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa. Dr. Mony Fraer's research interest includes Acidosis, Amyloidosis, Calcium Metabolism Disorders, Congenital Cystic Kidney Disease, and Diabetes with Renal Manifestations etc.

Dr. William Cho is a Biomedical Scientist in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hong Kong, China. He is a Chartered Scientist granted by the Science Council (UK), a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner (HK), Guest Professor of a number of Universities and a Fellow Member of several institutes, including the Institute of Biomedical Science (UK), Hong Kong Institute of Biomedical Science and Hong Kong Society for Molecular Diagnostic Sciences. Dr. Cho has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers (Lancet Oncology, Clinical Cancer Research, Clinical Chemistry, Annual Oncology, etc) covering cancer biomarkers, proteomics, microRNAs, Chinese medicine and plenty of books including "MicroRNAs in cancer translational research", "An omics perspective on cancer research", "Supportive cancer care with Chinese medicine", etc. He serves as the editor-in-chief, editor and associate editor of a number of international medical journals. Dr. Cho is also an international renowned grant reviewer of the Hope Funds for Cancer Research (USA), Cancer Research (UK), MRC Research Grant (UK), Health Research Board (Ireland), Science Foundation (Ireland), Istituto Toscano Tumori (Firenze), The Foundation Fournier-Majoie for Innovation (Brussels), National Medical Research Council (Singapore), The Medical Research Council (South Africa), and Academia Sinica Investigator Award (Taiwan), etc. Dr. William Cho research interests includes on cancer studies utilizing high-throughput technologies to discover biomarkers for cancer diagnosis, treatment prediction and prognostication.
