Rulin Xiu has completed his PhD from University of California in Berkeley, USA and postdoctoral studies from Houston Advanced Research Center and Harvard University, USA. She is the director of Hawaii Theoretical Physics Research Center and Tao Academy. She has published more than 17 papers in reputed journals. Dr. Rulin Xiu is co-founder of Tao Science and co-author of the two books, Tao Science(www.drsha.com/TaoScience) and Soul Mind Body Science System with Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha. Her research with Dr. Sha leads to breakthroughs in the grand unification theory. Their work in mathematic definition and calculation of positive information has brought a new way to study life and medicine.

His research interests are very broad including biological information processing, digital signal processing for the underwater system, physics of superluminal phenomena, and advanced propulsion systems. Recently he works actively on the research of high performance computing in the brain and its application to the brain-computer interface. Especially he contributes in developing high performance sonar system at the Technical Research & Development Institute of the Ministry of Defense as a research scientist. He was also among a group of specialists at the Advanced Space Propulsion Investigation Committee (ASPIC) that was organized under the auspices of the Japan Society for Aeronautical and Space Sciences in 1994. The committee addressed all kinds of non-chemical space propulsion systems such as electric propulsion, laser propulsion, nuclear propulsion and solar sail in order to allow space exploration beyond Solar System and his investigation covers a field propulsion system predicted from the Einstein Theory of Gravity and a zero-point energy in a vacuum, and electro-gravitic effect. His mission at the committee was to make a research on the possibility of electro-gravitics for space propulsion, and he cooperated with the research group of the Honda R&D institute. Now he is also making a cooperation with Prof. Pinheiro of the Institute Suprio Techonico, Lisbon in Portgal for further research on electro-gravitic propulsion system from 2009.

Dr. Luigi Maxmilian Caligiuri (born in 30th of November 1972) is an Italian Physicist. He received laurea magna cum laude in theoretical Physics from University of Calabria, Cosenza, Italy in 1995. He has started his research and teaching activity at University of Calabria at Faculties of Sciences and Engineering in several fields of theoretical and applied sciences. From 2001 he is full professor of Physics and, from 2013, also the director of the Foundation of Physics Research Center (FoPRC) in Italy, an independent research organization devoted to advanced research in Physics. He has published several scientific papers in peer-reviewed international journals of physics and engineering in the fields of theoretical physics, acoustics, biophysics, electromagnetic fields and material sciences. He is editorial board member of numerous international journals related to theoretical and applied physics. His most recent interests relate to coherent quantum field theory and its application to different fields - from fundamental physics to cosmology and brain mechanism - to superluminal physics and to the study of consciousness and mind mechanism from the standpoint of quantum mechanics. He also conducts scientific popularization activity by writing essays in magazines and participating to TV programs.
