Dr. Nathan is an Associate Clinical Professor, Department of Otolaryngology and Dentistry Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, United States of America and he received his dental degree from Northwestern University in 1975. After completing the one year general practice residency at the V.A. Lakeside Hospital in Chicago in 1976, he completed the three year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry and M.DentSc program at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington in 1979. He served as Assistant Professor and Director of the postgraduate Pediatric Dentistry training program at the University of Illinois Medical Center from 1979-86 where he also served as Assistant Professor, Department of Pediatrics at Rush University College of Medicine and Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital, Chicago. He is a Diplomat, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry since 1983, Fellow and Master, American Society of Dentistry for Children, and Fellow, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He currently also serves as Adjunct Professor, Department of Pediatric Dentistry, University of Alabama, Birmingham and Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland.
