Dr. Sandeep K. Vashist is the R&D Manager at Immunodiagnostics Systems. He worked as Bioanalytical Scientist for Bristol-Myers Squibb Ireland (2006−2009), Team Leader for point-of-care (POC) diabetic monitoring at NUS (2009−2012); Head of Immunodiagnostics at Hahn-Schickard, Germany (2012-2015); and, Chief Scientific Officer at Vallo Med Health Care GmbH, Germany (2015-16). His research outputs include manysuccessful technology transfers; several in vitro diagnostic and POC technologies; more than 100 high impact factor journal publications and ~100 conference publications;3 books; several patents;and, book chapters. He has constantly received highly prestigious fellowships and awards for scientific research excellence and innovation. He has been invited as the Editor formany reputed journals and acting as the expert/reviewer/advisor for many international funding agencies. He has been a Technology consultant to several companiesin the field of IVD and POC technologies. His research interests include IVD, POC technologies, bioanalytical sciences, mobile healthcare, and nanotechnology.
