Prof. Ssang Goo Cho is a Professor in the Department of Stem Cell & Regenerative Biotechnology at Konkuk University, Korea and and also as a director of Incurable disease animal model and stem cell institute (IDASI). He received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Genetic Engineering from Korea University, Republic of Korea. Prof. Cho's was honored with postdoctoral fellowship at Ruttenberg Cancer Center, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, USA. Prof. Ssang Goo Cho's research interest incudes Signaling pathways in stem, cancer, and cancer stem cells, Molecular mechanism of cellular reprogramming, Apoptosis and autophagy, Cancer stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, Pancreatic beta-cell differentiation, Pancreatic cancer cells.
