Dr. Oriana Trubiani is an Associate Professor of Histology Anatomy, and she is head of the laboratory for Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine at the Department of Medical, Oral and Biotechnological Sciences of "G. d'Annunzio" University, Chieti, Italy. Dr. Oriana Trubiani's research interests focused on the understanding mechanisms that regulate and leading the stem cells activity on tissue homeostasis and repair throughout the identification of intracellular pathway that regulate the regenerative potential. She leads a multidisciplinary research group focused on both high quality fundamental science and translation for human health. Research in regenerative medicine includes of stem cells differentiation, 3D scaffold evaluation, the design of novel living constructs and new approaches towards tissue regeneration and the use of stem cells in cell therapy
