Dr. Mohamad Al-Tannir is a Associate Professor at AlFaisal University - College of Medicine in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He earned his Masters in Public Health from the University of Micigan and Residency in Public Health fromThe University if Maryland. His research experience covers 23 years across different settings including academic institutions and tertiary care centers. His focus is clinical trials, with special interest in multicenter international studies and community health research. He was the head of clincal research unit from 2003-2008 at Makassed Gerenal Hosipital, Beirut/Lebanon and founded the Institutional Review Board according to international ethical regulations. Currently the chairperson of clinical and translational research of King Fahad medical city research center at Riyadh and an active member at KFMC IRB since 2008.
