Dr. Oksana V Budinskaya is an Associate Professor of Oral Diagnosis in Baylor College of Dentistry at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry. She worked as an Assistant Professor in Diagnostic Sciences Department, Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Budinskaya's research was granted by IDC TAMHSC, which lead to the invention of 2421 Vacuum-Irrigation Procedure Vacuum Massage Device (VIP-Vac) where in, a provisional patent application was filed. She is a member of Amerian Dental Association. Dr. Budinskaya present research focuses on Advances in Tissue Engineering. She was honored with Winner of the scholarship of The Texas A&M Foundation Center for Teaching Excellence, Tech Transfer Challenge, etc. Dr. Budinskaya research interests includes Increasing angiogenesis in the gingival tissues in several systemic diseases, such as diabetes and prolong smoking, where angio-structure affected the most causing obliteration, spasticity and angio-fragility.
