Dr. Amy S Banta is working as Adjunct Faculty in Department of Human Resources (HR) and Business Administration at Liberty University, Virginia, United States of America. She earned her Ph.D, Doctorate of Business from Capella University in 2004, Specializing in Organizational Development/Human Resources Management. She has been a part-time college professor since 1986, starting at Ohio University. While working full-time and teaching at numerous colleges and universities, Dr. Banta earned her MSA and Ph.D. After completing her Ph.D, she expanded her teaching to include graduate level teaching as well as instructing in graduate level Psychology courses. It was during this time that she began researching primary field of interest - Organizational Development. After years of unpublished research, she have embarked on continued research and have started writing a book about the benefits of pay for performance in organizations. Dr. Banta has had the opportunity to present at a national conference, and plans to look for other opportunities.
