Dr. Koti Sreekrishna is a senior scientist in the Global Biotechnology division at the Procter & Gamble Company since 1997. PhD Biochemistry (1978), Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (India). Prior to that worked in Biotechnology departments at Marion Merrell Dow for four years and Phillips Petroleum Company for eight years. Has early on conducted Post-Doctoral research on fatty acid desaturase at the Baylor College of Medicine and yeast molecular genetics at the University of Kentucky. Research interests include sensorial biology, Rhino and Influenza virus, Pichia pastoris protein expression system, molecular interaction, skin and hair biology, laundry enzymes and retinol binding proteins.
