Dr. Mark J Fesler is the Director of the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program at Saint Louis University Hospital. Dr. Fesler earned a medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine, followed by internal medicine residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where he was chief resident his final year. He completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine and is board-certified in both hematology and medical oncology. He is a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He has received numerous honors and awards including the SLUCare Caring Physician Award, the Tenet Hospital Service Excellence Award, a Faculty Career Development Award, and a SLUCor Research Development Award. He is the author of numerous abstracts and publications and an accomplished lecturer in topics related to hematologic malignancy. Dr. Fesler's research interests include non Hodgkin and Hodgkin lymphoma.
