Dr. Frank A Kero is LC-MS Product Specialist at Perkin Elmer, USA. He also worked as Analytical Applications Specialist at Biotage and as Research Scientist at USA. Dr. Kero currently serves as the president of the Chicago Mass Spectrometry Discussion Group, member at large of the central section AOAC and councilor for the ACS analytical division executive committee. He received a BS degree in chemistry from Seton Hall University and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University of Florida under the supervision of Dr. Richard Yost. Dr. Kero was awarded an ORISE fellowship at the CDC in support of NHANES initiatives toward population exposure assessment of thyroid inhibitors in human and animal sentinels. He has held positions with several start-up companies as well as support for fortune 500 corporate laboratories.
