Dr. Rollin Patrick is Emeritus Professor in Department of Organic Chemistry at University of Orleans, France. He was also Director of the IUP de Chimie Appliquee (University School of Applied Chemistry), Universiy of Orleans. Dr. Patrick worked for Eleven years (1975-1986) in Pierre Sinay’s group; started his own group in 1987. Dr. Patrick's reserch interests includes Thiochemistry of sugars and chemistry of thio-sugars, Use of uncommon thio-functions in regio- and stereocontrolled glycochemistry, Phytochemistry. The order Brassicale: glucosinolates and sulfur-containing metabolites, Glycerol chemistry. Integrated valorization of regrowing resources and bio-products.
