Dr. Gerard Sean Mcgrady is working as Professor in Department of Chemistry, State University of New York at Binghamton. He also worked as Professor in Department of Chemistry at University of New Brunswick, Canada. Dr. Mcgrady worked as Associate Professor in Department of Chemistry at University of New Brunswick, Canada. He also worked as Lecturer in Department of Chemistry at King’s College London. Dr. Mcgrady's research interests includes structure-bonding-reactivity relationship for small molecules of the main group and transition elements. Examples include boron hydrides and their derivatives, and transition metal hydrides and dihydrogen complexes with catalytic activity in key industrial processes like olefin reduction and polymerization, spectroscopic and structural methods to study these molecules and their chemistry, storage of hydrogen, for use as a fuel in clean energy applications.
