Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relevance of traditional adverse Clinicopathological factors in predicting outcomes in patients with Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) associated or pharyngeal carcinoma (OPC). A retrospective chart review was undertaken of 107 patients with AJCC 7th edition Stage III or IV HPV associated OPC who were treated with curative intent surgery +/- adjuvant therapy from 2006 - 2015.
