T11TS Reverses the Gliomagenic Suppression of Constitutive Wnt and Notch Signaling within Bone Marrow Hematopoietic Stem Cells: A Hint towards an Effective Immune Regeneration against Glioma

Abstract: Reversion of glioma-mediated global immunosuppression and constitutive regeneration of the immune system could be one of the prime prognostic defensive keys against malignant glioma. Coordinated activation of canonical Wnt and Notch signaling and their integration during the process of lineage commitment play a pivotal role within the adult hematopoietic system, particularly in modulating the process of hematolymphopoiesis. Regulation of either Wnt or Notch signaling mediator markers within the bone marrow milieu during glioma growth has not been elucidated.
