Abstract: Cervical cancer is a major concern in Tanzania, with one of the highest global prevalence rates and the highest in East Africa. Despite this, a low percentage of Tanzanian women undergo screening. This systematic review seeks to identify the factors affecting access to cervical cancer screening, focusing on the perspectives of Tanzanian women, healthcare workers, and key informants.
