Abstract: A sensitive, precise and simple spectrophotometric method has been proposed and validated for the determination of oseltamivir (OSL) in pharmaceutical formulations. The proposed method is based on the reaction between the OSL and 7-chloro-4-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole (NBD-CL) at alkaline medium (pH 10) to form deep brown adduct, exhibiting maximum absorption
