Hunter Criteria-serotonin syndrome

Presence of a Serotonergic agent + one of the following below:

a) Spontaneous Clonus

b) Inducible Clonus + agitation OR diaphoresis

c) Ocular Clonus + agitation OR diaphoresis

d) Hypertonia + Temperature > 38^°C + ocular OR inducible clonus

e) Tremor + Hyper reflexia
