General Measures

Elevate head of the bed by 30°.

Stabilize the neck by collar.

Pupillary response.

Lateralizing signs.

Check blood pressure.

Avoid arterial hypotension.

Avoid hypoxia.

Administer IV crystalloids as necessary to maintain adequate blood pressure.

Administer mannitol.

Administer Phenytoin if there are seizer.

Perform unenhanced head CT scan to identify etiology.
