Vaginal Estrogen Insert

Vagifem/Yuvafem (10 mcg estradiol)

Insert 1 tablet vaginally qhs for 2 weeks, then twice weekly

Imvexxy (4 mcg and 10 mcg estradiol)

Insert vaginally qhs for 2 weeks, then twice weekly

Vaginal Estrogen Cream

Estrace (100 mcg estradiol per gram)

Insert 0.5 to 1 gm vaginally qhs for 2 weeks, then twice a week

Premarin (0.625 mg conjugated estrogen per gram)

Insert 0.5 to 1 gm vaginally qhs for 2 weeks, then twice a week

Ospemifene (Osphena) - SERM

60 mg daily oral tablet

Prasterone (Intrarosa) - DHEA

6.5 mg nightly intravaginal suppository
